I’m Carrie and I come from a long line of golfers, so obviously I avoided the sport for as long as I could.  While practically being raised on a golf course, it wasn’t until moving to Pinehurst six years ago that I decided this sport was actually a good time, even on off days.  Who doesn’t want to spend 4 hours outside with friends, listening to tunes and working on their game?

I started SIT! because I realized that I live in a golf-centric place that doesn’t have a lot of options for personalizing the sport to the variety of golfers I encounter every time I’m on the course.  I love seeing kids out with dad bonding over a round while the group behind them can be a bachelor party from Texas.  It’s seeing this sport grow with women so rapidly here that I can barely get into my own lady’s league each week.  SIT! aims to offer everyone options for ball markers that spark some fun and conversation and represent them out on the course.
