12:00 PM – Check-in at Hotel

2:00 PM – 18-Hole Tee Time
6:30 PM – Group Dinner at Max’s on the Green
Optional evening group outing

Sunday, May 17
Morning – Breakfast on your own
10:00 AM – 9-Hole Tee Time
12:00 PM – Farewell & Departures

💳 Payment Details:
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at registration (date TBA).
If you cancel after deposit has been made, only the remaining balance will be refundable if your spot is filled. Deposits are non transferable to other attendees or other events.

All trip features and components that are unused or partially used are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any absence from all or any portion of the trip once it has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, missed meals, golf outings, excursions, transportation, or any other activities included in the trip itinerary.
