📝 How do I sign up?

Head to: www.northerngreensgolfcollective.com
Click the Events tab:

For clinics or special events → Event Sign Up

For tee times → Tee Time Sign Up

⏰ When does registration open?

Registration opens at 7:00 PM every other Sunday for events happening over the next two weeks.

Examples:

📅 Sunday, June 29 → Registration opens for events from July 6–19

📅 Sunday, July 13 → Registration opens for events from July 20–August 2

Tee times go fast, so set a reminder and sign up early!

💳 When and how do I pay?

Payment is due the same day you register via Venmo

If payment isn’t received, your spot may be released to someone on the waitlist

❌ What if I need to cancel?

We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel, please email Abby at:

Cancellation policy:

✅ Cancel 5 or more days before your event → Full refund

🚫 Cancel within 5 days of the event → No refund

The courses hold these tee times specifically for us, and we could still be charged for no-shows. Thanks for understanding and helping keep things fair for everyone!

Registration is non transferable.

📍 When should I arrive?

Be at the course at least 15 minutes before your tee time

Be at your designated tee box 5 minutes before start

Want to warm up or rent a cart? Plan to arrive earlier!

💡 Your registration covers greens fees only — carts, range balls, and rentals are not included.

Fun, welcoming, and beginner-friendly.
Whether it’s your first time swinging or you're a seasoned player, you’ll fit right in.

🙌 Etiquette & Expectations

We want everyone to have a great experience! Please help us keep it smooth and respectful:

⏩ Keep the pace — stay with the group ahead. If you’re falling behind, feel free to pick up and drop your ball ahead.

🤫 Be mindful — stay quiet when others are hitting

💚 Be respectful — don’t walk through putting lines, fix your divots/ball marks, and keep carts & bags off tee boxes and greens
