No, our Clubhouse Crew membership is optional (& currently full for the time being)
We understand lives are busy and our collective was created with flexibility in mind. You just need to sign up for what you can commit to and we do our best to give plenty of notice of our event schedule.

The majority of attendees signed up not knowing anyone else. Northern Greens was created because we knew there were women who didnt have anyone to golf with. Everyone remembers being new and coming to their first event, and the welcoming community is what keeps people coming back.

Not at all! If you're brand new and don’t yet have clubs, Northern Greens has both right- and left-handed women’s sets available to borrow at many events.
Don’t let equipment hold you back from getting started. Please let us know if you need to utilize clubs.
Registration opens at by 8:00pm every other Sunday for events happening over the next two weeks. Clubhouse Crew gets early access at 7:30pm

Payment is due at the time of registration and is completed directly on our website.
Northern Greens operates as an event service provider. In addition to greens fees, a planning fee is included to cover time spent coordinating with courses, managing logistics, and supporting registration platforms. This fee is already built into the total price shown at checkout.
Clubhouse Crew pricing is available to active members only and is not eligible for all events. Weekly indoor Clubhouse Socials are not eligible for the Clubhouse Crew discount.
We are unable to honor any outside memberships into our event pricing.
If you’re unable to attend an event you signed up for, please let us know as soon as possible.
All cancellations are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are not eligible for a refund unless your spot is filled.
Registration fees are nontransferable.
These tee times fill up quickly and can be difficult to fill last minute.
Please only sign up if you’re confident you can attend (barring unforeseen circumstances).

Indoor events are non-refundable. These events are reserved in advance with our partner facilities based on registered attendance.

You Represent Northern Greens
When you attend a Northern Greens event, you are representing the Northern Greens community at the clubhouse, on the course, and online. Your behavior, language, and interactions reflect not only on you, but on the experience and reputation of the group as a whole.
We expect you to show respect to fellow participants, staff, and host venues at all times. This includes how you engage in person and how you share your experience on social media. Honest feedback is always welcome, but it should be expressed constructively and with consideration for the community.
Zero Tolerance for Behavior That Impacts Others
Northern Greens has zero tolerance for behavior that negatively affects others’ experience. This includes harassment, discrimination, offensive language, or disruptive commentary. Everyone plays the game differently—allow space for others to enjoy it in their own way, as long as it’s not interfering with yours.
Community Standards & Enforcement
Northern Greens reserves the right to remove any participant who does not uphold this Code of Conduct.
