You're helping grow a kind, respectful, and empowering golf community. We can’t wait to tee it up with you.
If you are brand new to golf but don't have clubs - we have an extra set of women's right and left handed golf clubs to use at our events! Dont let that stop you from learning to golf!
⏰ When does registration open?
Registration opens at by 8:00pm every other Sunday for events happening over the next two weeks.
📅 Sunday, April 5th→ Registration opens for events from April 12th- April 25th
📅 Sunday, April 19th→ Registration opens for events from April 26th- May 9th
*Sometimes we open registration for special events one month out*
💳 When and how do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of registration and is completed directly on our website.
Northern Greens operates as an event service provider. In addition to greens fees, a $5 per person planning fee is included to cover time spent coordinating with courses, managing logistics, and supporting registration platforms. This fee is already built into the total price shown at checkout.
👑 Clubhouse Crew Member Pricing
Clubhouse Crew pricing is available to active members only and is not eligible for all events. Weekly indoor Clubhouse Socials are not eligible for the Clubhouse Crew discount.
🏌️ Public Country Club (PCC) Pricing
Some members have asked about applying their PCC membership rates to Northern Greens events. While we love that you're utilizing that program, we’re currently not able to integrate outside memberships or discounts.
Keeping pricing consistent allows us to maintain a smooth, fair registration experience across all courses and attendees.

Indoor Cancellation Policy
Indoor events are non-refundable. These events are reserved in advance with our partner facilities based on registered attendance.
Outdoor Cancellation Policy
Updated policies for the 2026 outdoor season are coming soon — stay tuned.
👜 I’m new to golf — do I need clubs?
Not at all! If you're brand new and don’t yet have clubs, Northern Greens has both right- and left-handed women’s sets available to borrow at many events.
Don’t let equipment hold you back from getting started. Please let us know if you need to utilize clubs.

Zero Tolerance for Harmful Behavior
Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language will not be tolerated. Any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable may result in removal from an event or the community.
Community Standards & Enforcement
Northern Greens reserves the right to remove any participant who does not uphold this Code of Conduct.

If you ever have concerns, please reach out to Abby. We understand some conversations can feel uncomfortable, but context and details matter. We are committed to improving your experience—but we can only do that if we’re aware of what’s happening. Northern Greens is a passion-driven community, and we want every member to feel welcome, supported, and heard.
