Thursday, August 12: 4:00 PM check-in, included dinner, optional group outing
Friday, August 13: Included breakfast, putting contest & golf on the Lehman 18 - Tee times start at 12:55pm, included dinner
Saturday, August 14: Included breakfast, golf on the Dutch 27 - Tee times start at 9:30am, pontoon outing, included dinner, optional evening activity
Sunday, August 15: Included breakfast, 10:00 AM checkout, optional golf at the Nice 09 before heading home

💰 Cost & Payment Plan: Prices are per person
👥 Double occupancy (9 spots, sharing a bed with one other attendee): $1,350 per person

🚶‍♀️ Single occupancy (2 spots, your own bed): $1,500 per person

WeTravel’s booking fee is added at checkout.

Deposit: $337.50 double / $375 single at registration
2nd payment: $337.50 / $375 due January 15, 2027
3rd payment: $337.50 / $375 due March 15, 2027
Final payment: $337.50 / $375 due May 29, 2027

For double occupancy, you can request who you’d like to share with, or I’ll pair you with someone.

💳 Payment & Refund Policy (Important!):

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances and cannot be transferred to another attendee or event.
If you cancel after making additional payments, those payments are refundable only if your spot is filled.
Please only register if you’re fully committed to the trip, barring unforeseen circumstances. These trips fill fast, and this policy helps us keep costs affordable for everyone, since we don’t upcharge enough to cover empty spots.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance in case your plans change.

Why the trip is planned this way ⛳

I’ve had some great questions about how these trips are put together, so here’s a peek behind the planning.

A different kind of weekend up north. Cragun’s is centrally located in Brainerd, and our villa is right on the water, within walking distance of everything at the resort. The golf courses are just down the street and around the corner. This trip includes more than our other trips: all breakfasts and dinners are included, plus unlimited golf at The Nice 9 for the entire stay, so you can relax and enjoy the weekend.

Thursday is your night. Check-in is at 4pm, and dinner is included. If you’d like to get some swings in early, head over to The Nice 9. Otherwise, settle in, enjoy the waterfront, and get to know each other.

Friday morning is a tradition. We’ll head out of the villa for breakfast together, maybe with a stop at The Grind on Gull, the new coffee shop in the main lodge. Then we’ll head over to the courses for our annual putting contest before tee times begin at 12:55pm. Friday night will likely include an optional outing to a bar on or off the resort.

Saturday is our big day. We’ll tee off at 9:30am for 18 holes, then spend the afternoon on the pontoon. Saturday evening is open, so do whatever sounds fun.

Sunday is flexible. Nothing is on the agenda, but your unlimited golf at The Nice 9 still applies, so feel free to get a few more swings in before you head home.

Good to know

What’s included for meals. All breakfasts and dinners are included and are provided by Cragun’s at their resort restaurants. Lunches and drinks are on your own.

How golf pairings work. Once the roster is set, everyone will get a short pre-trip survey. You can share your handicap, what kind of golf you like to play, and request a cart buddy, so we can pair people by skill level and preference.

Communication goes a long way. We truly appreciate that you chose to spend your hard-earned dollars on a Northern Greens trip. A lot goes into planning these, and we work hard to keep them as affordable as possible. Please reach out to your host with anything you need, any questions, or if you plan to sit something out. Paid experiences like golf and the pontoon are part of the total package price and can’t be refunded if you choose not to participate. For anything else on the schedule, just let us know if you won’t be joining.
