• Thursday, July 16: Arrival & check-in, optional group outing
• Friday, July 17: Brunch, putting contest & golf at Deacon’s Lodge, Dinner at Palmers Grill
• Saturday, July 18: Golf at Whitebirch, pontoon outing, optional evening activity
• Sunday, July 19: Checkout & farewell
   

Cost & Payment Plan:
💰 $1,000 per person

• Deposit: $333 at registration (11/1/2025)
• 2nd Payment: $333 due Feb 1, 2026
• Final Payment: $334 due May 1, 2026

• A non-refundable deposit of $333 is due at registration. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If you cancel after making a further payment, you may be eligible for a refund only if your spot is filled.
• Please only register if you are 100% committed to the trip, baring unforeseen circumstances. These trips fill fast, and this policy helps us keep costs affordable for everyone, as we don’t up charge enough to cover empty spots.
