Important Notes:
🚨 New Destination! This is our first trip to Door County, and we have up to 12 spots available.
🏡 Lodging TBD – I’ve done extensive research on median pricing for 8-12 guests and feel confident that the total trip cost reflects a fair and reasonable estimate. To keep costs low, we’ll most likely stay in an Airbnb, and once the group is finalized, we’ll work collaboratively to choose the best lodging option for our needs.
🚗 Travel Consideration – Door County is over 5 hours away, so please plan to leave Friday morning to maximize our time. Carpooling is encouraged, and gas costs should be split fairly among passengers.

⛳ Golf – 18 holes + 9 holes at top Door County courses
🚤 Boat Outing – Enjoy time on the water with the group

Payment Details:
💰 Cost: $800 per person
💵 $200 Due at Registration (non-refundable)
💵 $300 Due by April 15th (135 days before the trip)
💵 Final $300 Due by June 15th (75 days before the trip)
🎟️ How to Reserve Your Spot: Register under event sign ups & Venmo deposit to Abby Swenson (@abby-swenson, 651-335-2574). Payment must be made the same day as registration to secure your spot. Unpaid spots will be forfeited.

Our Story
In 2024, Abby Swenson, founder of Great Places Minnesota, launched the Northern Greens Golf Collective to fill a crucial gap in women’s golf. With over a decade of experience collaborating with 60+ golf courses across Minnesota, Abby saw an opportunity to bring women golfers together like never before.
The idea for Northern Greens began with countless conversations during networking events, where Abby met women eager to connect through golf but unable to find centralized resources for clinics, leagues, lessons, or events. This inspired her to create Northern Greens Golf Collective—a space where women could discover every opportunity Minnesota has to offer while building a vibrant community around the sport.
In 2024, Northern Greens hosted 27 events, including outdoor tee times, indoor golf socials, clinics, and two weekend golf trips. The Collective has quickly become a cornerstone for women’s golf in Minnesota, offering a supportive and inclusive environment for golfers of all skill levels to connect, learn, and grow.
Rooted in the heart of the Land of 10,000 Lakes, Northern Greens Golf Collective is more than a resource—it’s a celebration of community, empowerment, and the joy of the game.
